7 months agoThe Powell River BC location is the best! I is always very consistent with food and service. I think the owners should train staff in other locations because I have been to some terrible ones in Langley and Surrey.

7 months agoAfter leaving BC Ferries Port, we wanted a snack for lunch and ran across this A&W. Owner took our order and was very friendly. We both decided on legendary Whistle Dog, and delighted we did. Hot dog sliced down the middle, bun slightly toasted, crisp bacon and gooey cheese. Oh, and the Root Beer was also delicious.

7 months agoWe were visiting Powell river for the first time. I work at A&W Victoria so I am always excited to visit A&Ws. I was very impressed! Obviously the food was great, all employees were very friendly and oh my god the entrance was really cute!

7 months agoThis place is a real service to the community. The 6am crowd is lovely to partake with. 5.19 for pancakes, free coffee refills. I very much appreciate all of the comfort supplied here and the reason to wake earlier. Lovely everything. Thank you so much.

7 months agoMy first time at an A&W where the employees seem to genuinely enjoy working there! I could taste the joy in the food. I had the most amazing Nashville chicken crunch sandwich (note: I then got the same sandwich at the sechelt location 2 days later, and compared to the one in Powell river, it was subpar). Good work Powell River A&W!

7 months agoAmazing experience here at a&w Powell river. I come over for work and tend to sit down and get the plates breakfast, it’s delicious. I wanted to try to new coffee from the new machine and I got the caramel iced coffee and it was too sweet for me. The lady at the till was really nice and gave me a free espresso shot to offset the sweetness, it worked great! :) Amazing service as well.
